Very much so. Everything EW does is very photoshopped. They are card-carrying members of the Keepers of the Illusion Society.
Elizabeth Mitchell looks a bit overdone. But if you mean the character poses. No, i think that was done; the actors actually made those poses. Michael was actually strapped in there. I remember reading the fine print on who was the dresser, stylist, hairstylists, makeup person for each actor, and which label of clothes they each were wearing. I think Michael's pants were Dockers or something or Tony Bahama.
It dates to the hiatus when Jack has just nicked Ben's artery during surgery and was going to hold his life as blackmail for Kate and Sawyer's safe passage.
