Hey everybody!
I just got "All The King's Men" (the audiobook) and started listening to it this morning, I figured, if I have to travel like 1:30 hours to go to work and I'm getting sick of my own music very fast (and the radio is horrible) I might as well instruct myself both in English and literature. (and of course listening to Michael's voice is always pleasant hehehe)
Do you guys know of any other good audiobook read by Michael??
** PS: I don't think my english is quite on the level to understand all the audiobook lol (I was laughing alone while driving today 'cause I understood maybe 70% of what Michael was reading!) Oh well.

I'm on disc 5 of All the Kings Men. Great story but I am so adoring listening to Michael's voice, his accents and his character voices. So love it. I am going to get the Amlagamation Polka next. I have heard he is amazing reading this.

I thought I had read somewhere that Michael was doing more narration for audiobooks. Any word on which titles? Or just a piece of stray chatter that amounts to nothing?

So I've been listening to All the King's Men lately, and I LOVE it! It's so great to hear Michael's voice and I fall asleep to it at night. Michael is just so amazing at everything he does and he puts so much emotion into the characters that they really feel like their own people.... like I feel like there are different people narrating for each character, like in Neil Gaiman's Murder Mysteries, but then I remember that it's Michael doing all of them and it just amazes me that he's able to do that. He's just so talented! And once I finish with All the King's Men, I have Amalgamation Polka waiting for me

Oh, the movie was bad. I was very disappointed. Sean Penn overdid Willie Stark, Jude Law was totally wrong for Jack Burden. Only Anthony Hopkins, consummate actor that he is, did a good Judge Irwin. I wonder how the 1949 movie was. Anybody see that one?
