Wow, this looks like a good movie. I'm not a Carrie Preston fan. Hence, I wouldn't go out of my way to see her in a movie. However, this movie looks promising, and I will make an effort to go see it in the movie theatre.

I love Hal Holbrook, and will see anything he's in while he's still with us. He was great in "Into The Wild." I went to that movie primarily cuz of HH. The book annoyed me, as a lot of Krakauer's books do.

cool, thanks for the link!
I do like Carrie's work, I think she's a very good actress (she's no Meryl Streep or Betty Davis but she's definitely above average or even above "good") so I'll watch anything she's in, so far I've never been disappointed with her work (especially true blood hehehe I love Arlene ^_^ )

Finally saw this. It showed up on my Netflix queue. It was very good, but also very heartbreaking, not only as a story itself, but because it features Dixie Carter, Holbrook's late wife. It was so bittersweet to see them do scenes of such tenderness. Carrie did a good job here as well.

I just don't like her current project (True Blood).
