The gang is starting to ever so slowly leak some S6 stuff now. One Dark UFO reader recorded an ad on ESPN Radio, that has some actual dialogue from the S6 premiere. In it, Locke- or rather, the Man in Black version of Locke - poses a very big question to someone. However, no one could make out who he was talking to, but my guess is it isn't Ben.
