Do you remember how ecstatic we all were when McFarlane released their Season 1 action figures? Also, do you remember how we were led to believe that other action figures from Season 2 would be released, only to have our hopes disappointed when McFarlane discontinued the production of LOST action figures? Well, Manuel Costa, an extremely talented sculptor that I blogged about here, who, depending on fans’ interest, is willing to make LOST action figures. Please fill out this survey for him. He needs it to see where fan interests lie. And, I just hope, he will not be the deadbeat we had in the past who promised us those action figures that we paid for in advance and never came to fruition. I don't know about those of you, who like me, foolishly paid for those action figures in advance, I don't want to be burned again. I filled out the survey, and I will buy a Ben action figure, but I want these conditions met: - Pay for the item once it is finished and ready to be shipped. I may pay $5.00 as a down payment. That's it. NO MORE SHELLING OUT OF GOOD MONEY IN ADVANCE1
- I want a painted action figure.
- I want to choose the figure I want to buy.

Did anyone here anymore about those figures we were promised time and time again, that no one ever saw the casts for? If I get my hands on these people I'll string them up by their balls and frankly Ben and his smoke monster are not a patch on what I'd like to do to this people

I asked him for my money back and then he cries that he is not out to get my money and he will gladly return it if I truly want it. I told him GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! I still haven't heard from him. I don't understand what part of GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY he doesn't understand.

I got my figures of Juliet and Daniel, they are brilliant. I just haven't gotten around to painting them yet, that depends on having free time and that just doesn't happen anymore!!! But they are pretty awesome.
Edith, Claypusher is much more receptive to sending figures than giving refunds. My guess is, he's already spent all the advance money he received for the figures and isn't able to cough it up on demand. I got pushed to the top of the delivery list when I set a firm deadline and asked point-blank for a refund when he didn't meet it, probably because I have vocally defended him on the board in the past (but not any longer - this project is completely out of hand at this point). I don't think he's a bad guy, just a very poor businessman and he took on a project that was waaaay too big for his britches!!
If I get Ben and Desmond at some point in the future I'll be thrilled, but my hopes are not high. I am just really pleased to have received half of my investment, so it's not a total loss.

I truly don't want my figures anymore. I don't want an unpainted product. I was under the impression that it will be a complete product. I want my money back. I'm sorry!
