Jimmy Aquino has a podcast about comic books. He recently lost his cohost, and Michael calls in to hear how Jimmy is doing. During the course of the phone call, Jimmy asks Michael about his upcoming projects. Michael talks candidly about them, and when he finds out he's on live Michael angrily hangs up on Jimmy. Is this for real or was is a joke or set up? To be honest I'm not really sure Michael was angry. I base that on his remarks to Jimmy about his obligation to his listeners and all that. I really doubt he would still be doing that for real after so many years. I agree that Jimmy can be grating at times, but even among media weasels, Michael still usually plays the high road. If this was a prank on him, he might have been angry, but I think he would have been gracious, hung up, then privately called him and reamed a new one on him in private. Just my thought.
Unless someone hears differently for sure, I'm still leaning toward this being a send up.

mythicfeline , you seem to be right. According to JA's tweets this was a joke that Michael participated in.
It's all good and well, but I don't find it funny to place such a practical joke on the public. That can come back and bite you in the tush. I'm surprised that Mr. famewhore (Jimmy Aquino) was able to get Michael to do it.

i actully thought the thing was funny. Michael didn't come across as angry too me more annoyed but it did feel set up too me anyway.
