Not my favorite ep this season, but it kept my attention. Obviously there was not enough Bear in this episode , but I liked how Finch was able to go out on his own, how he referenced "bad code", and the chess game at the end was pretty funny. Having Reese relate to a bad guy was an interesting choice--I think so far this season he's been very heroic and it was a good way to remind people of Reese's background, that he has a complicated past that didn't always involve being somebody's guardian angel.

I have to agree. The guys at Podcast of Interest thought it was great, but the only thing that seems to advance the story and the character development was the return of Elias and his meeting with Finch. There was enough emotion and presence in that room to crack a mirror. I actually began to think that Elias has met his match in Finch.
And of course, Bear is just too adorable and too underused. I look for that to change.
