A blog that needed an answer

Today, he talked about his weekend in NYC. It's an interesting read, but it had a flaw that I had to answer:

Just letting you know that Michael Emerson and Carrie Preston never had any children with each other or with other mates. So, the person you saw was NOT Michael Emerson. Or, if, indeed it was him whom you saw, he was with someone else's child. But I am willing to bet that you didn't see him.
