Don't you think it make him look older?? Absolutely. I don't like beards and there is only few men who still looks okay with it - Michael is not one of them. I'm happy he didn't kept that.

Nope, the beardy look is definitely not a good one! I hope he grew it for a play or something (or maybe a disguise, or for a bet!) and not as a fashion statement.
I was listening to the commentary for Saw the other day and one of the guys said he didn't recognise Michael at the Saw party because of the beard. I don't think I would have recognised him either (until he smiled)

Didn't he grow the beard for his part in Zorro?

All is forgiven then - at least he had a good excuse. I haven't seen Zorro yet (comments on this board such "Creepy faced old man" and "bearded midget" have kind of put me off a bit!)

Yes, he grew a beard for the part in The Legend of Zorro. He also had a full beard for his reading from "De Profundis" on the Happy Birthday Oscar Wilde dvd. I'm not a fan.
mrs premise, you'll like him in Zorro because he does a few fight scenes (with the stars' body doubles) that might remind you of Ben kicking Sawyer's ass on LOST.

I haven't seen the Ben/Sawyer fight yet (we've only had 2 episodes of series 3 here in the UK) - but I'm looking forward to it!
I will take your advice and watch Legend Of Zorro when I get chance too

I really have to get that DVD back - I lent it to a friend (before becoming a fan of MichaelĀ“s )... it has been months now!
