I don't know...  I've been carefully watching this 2 pics for a while and.. it doesn't fit!? I mean: take a look at them.. Image 1  Image 2  I know Michael is sooooo good that he can look like anything he likes  , but.. Let's face it! He is exactly in the same pose, with the same stare, same hands position, same clothes, same wrinkles on shirt and pants... And in the second one the haircut seems too fake.. I have this feeling it was just like "cut&pasted" there, but I can't understand why...  What do you think?? Maybe I am just angry because he's always on a side.. eheh! Feel free to tell me if you think I'm a little bit crazy! ;D -Hugs- |

you are not crazy! ;D you have this feeling because they are in fact cropped in the photo! it's very obvious...i could tell right away when i saw it. picture1 -Ben and Desmond are definitely cropped. look at Desmond's feet! did he purposely burry his feet in the sand?...because they aren't there!   picture 2- Ben, desmond, and Juliet are cropped in. as you pointed out, Ben is in the exact same postion as picture 1! Desmond is less obvious but still he is cropped in. and Juliet is rather obvious also. so...ur not crazy! ;D |

Yes, these photos were photoshopped. Apparently, the cast photos were done before casting for S.3. Elizabeth Mitchell doesn't even appear in the beach photo. Also, they removed AAA (EKO) from the forest shot.

Got a feeling Eko was behind Hurley in the jungle photo. There's just a large gap there that a professional photographer wouldn't have left out.

I guess I assumed that it was indeed hard to get the full cast all together in one shot. So they photoshop them together. Gets the job done. They also photoshop to enhance certain features or coloring. I don't like it. I like to see the features as naturally as possible. It's a fine line between enhancing and covering up, I suppose.

Also, some of the dappled sunlight coming through the trees magically pass through some characters and land on others and Michael's cast shadow against Kate(whatever her real name is. xD) is like.. waaay lighter than everyone elses.

You all just leave Desmond alone (and Ben, of course). It would nice to cut Hurley a break, and Locke. And Sawyer. And Vincent (oh, he/she's not in there, sorry). Everyone else? Whatever.
