Frank Nelson....one of Michael's many characters....who is he? What show/movie? Also....I love how adorably dorky he is in this one.

That picture is from Jumping Off Bridges. Michael had a "normal" role in it. He was a father whose daughter died in a car accident. That accident triggered a depressive state with his wife and she later committed suicide. The movie is about him trying to cope with his grief (he couldn't handle it in the scene where this picture was taken--take out your hankies if you see this movie) and trying to help his surviving children to cope with it as well. I won't go into it much. Suffice to say that Michael was excellent in the movie. I felt like going over to the screen and hug him and tell him that people cared. He was amazing. Anyway, I have review of the movie in my blog and I also have links to the movie Web site: spicedogs.livejournal.com/25051.html

I found the main page for this film. It's an independent film and the reason you can't find it, is because it's still being played at special theaters!

It was playing near my house. I felt very lucky. I live in the Washington, DC area, so I get to see lots of good stuff, and the director was touring and promoting the movie. I hope that they will make it into a DVD soon enough. Right now, they are trying to get people who deal with mental illness to get interested in the movie.
