He played a very sympathetic character. Glad to see he wasn't typecasted as evil serial killers.

This episode was on TV here in the UK this week. I managed to record it and am just watching it now  Just waiting for Michael to appear as I am typing..... oh and here he is. Yaaaay |

It is a good episode.
I just watched it on the Sci-Fi channel earlier this month. I'm a little embarassed to admit this but the part near the end made me cry a little bit.(when he's in the hospital and the parapsychologist is talking to him and feeding him jello). Anthony seemed so vulnerable and alone throughout the episode. When the doctor finally admitted he was wrong in how he treated him and promised to stay with him I found that really touching.

totally adorable would be an understatement! when he was crouched down behind that wall looking all scared? 'melts' sooooooo damn cute. and yes once again an awe inspiring performance. its amazing seeing him looking so vulnerable and innocent when we all know he can change to a totally creepy killer type character with one single change in voice tone or facial expression. the guys talent is immense ;D I totally agree!  Micheal is a very great actor! X-Files is one of my favorite shows! I see all the 9 nine seasons! Sunshine Days is a great episode! I see this episode for the first time some years ago! I re-watched about 2 years ago, when I buy the X-Files Monster Box! Micheal is amazing in this episode! And the character is so sad and lonely... |

I still haven't seen this episode!! I wonder if it's available online?  I really loved the X Files but gave up on it around the 7th or 8th season. I think they lost track of the bigger story, which might have happened with Lost if they didn't have a finite ending in sight. I think X-Files would have benefitted from a much shorter, more focused run. But, hindsight is 20/20! I really need to see this epi!!!! ;D |
