ok so heres a new rp to play with ;D and i brought the lovely zoe and liam from sky one to play too ;D if ya wanna join in too, let me know 
so the idea for this one is: we are normal people living our everyday lives untill we are recruited to the island, and become "others".......................................
ok the rules! lol
1. You can post whenever you want. The only thing you cannot do is for example:
if i have posted. i could not post straight after. i would have to wait until at least someone else has posted. before i could carry on.
so there is no order anymore. ;D
2. you can be yourself in it or be another person. try to keep to one character though as it will get too confusing. but you can have converstaions with other ppl in your post. for example if your character was talking to ben or someone.
hope this ok.

sophie x"Why do you have to go so far away sophie?" - asked my mother "Mum....... don't start it's just a trial thing a few months and i'll be back. You never know this could be my dream job! You know how much i wanted to do this." - sophie "I know, but somewhere closers would be better, not portland its so far away" - mother "i'll be back" - sophie As she hugged her mother goodbye for the last time, and got in the taxi. Her mum stood there waving her off as sophie had tears filling up in her eyes. This was the first time she was going to be apart from her mum. "Only six months" she said to herself. As the taxi drove off as she watched her mum in the distants. Suddenly her mobile rang...... "hello?" - sophie "Hi it's richard" - richard "oh hey, im now on my way" - sophie "thats great i'll be at the gates waiting, looking foward to seeing you" - richard Sophie and richard both said goodbye on the phone. Zoë ran frantically around her room in the motel, gathering all her stuff together. She went over to her laptop and opened it up, and logged on, waiting impatiently for an internet signal to be picked up.
“Come on! Hurry up!” She nagged her laptop, knowing that shouting at it won’t make it perform any faster. The laptop made a funny noise confirming a connection. She rolled her eyes at it. “Finally.” She sighed. She opened up internet explorer and tapped in the hotmail address into the URL. She checked her email and sighed when she found all she had was the usual junk. She deleted them and slammed the laptop shut in frustration. She heard a buzzing sound and looked round for the source, the spotted on the bedside table her phone vibrating on her bedside table. She went over to it and flipped it open.
“Ethan.” Zoë sighed as she noticed the name on the phone.
“You were meant to be here fifteen minutes ago.” He said to her.
“I know, I know, I just got – held up.” Zoë replied irritably.
“He’s not going to contact you, you know.” Ethan said to her.
“I know. I just thought for a moment he would.” She replied sadly. “I’m leaving the motel now. I’ll be there in ten minutes.”
“Good, see you in a bit then.” Ethan said and hung up the phone. Zoë flipped her phone shut and shoved it in her pocket before grabbing her bag and leaving her room and the motel.
Zoë ran into the car park and towards the main road. She hauled down a taxi and hopped in.
“Airport.” She said hurriedly.

Liam was sitting in his boss' office.
"We have a proposition to make to you?" said the shortest man of the three men stood before him, all dressed in expensive looking suits.

A week later Liam's taxi pulled up outside a big gate. He got out and read the sign 'Mittelos Bioscience'. He shrugged and headed to the security guard with his bag over his shoulder. Before he could speak however a man approached him, smiling.
"My name is Richard, come with me."

"Sophie it's great too see you again" - as richard walked over her to greet her
"and you" - sophie smiled back.
Sophie went to get her suitcase out of the taxi,
"Here let me take those" - said a stranger, sophie looked up as she saw the man take her bags.
"oh i've not introduced you to Ethan" - said richard
"It's a pleasure to meet you" - ethan smiled while carrying sophie suitcase. Sophie followed them thro the gates as they shut closed behind her, she followed them into a building. she noticed a guy sitting on a chair in the corridor, richard seem to know him as he said "i'll be with you in 10" the guy just nodded back and looked at sophie with a smile, as sophie shyly smiled back.
"Take a seat" - richard said as he guided her to the chair, Ethan put the suitcase down as he walked over to sophie.
"I'd like to take some of your vitals. If that's okay with you?" - ethan
"yeah.....sure" - said sophie confused.
as ethan was checking her out, she noticed richard pouring a glass of orange juice and pouring some powder in, he then walked over to her and offered it too her.
"whats that?" - sophie asked.
" that is orange juice...with a considerable amount of tranquilizer mixed in" - richard replied.
"and you want me to drink that?" - asked sophie
"Oh, yes! You're going to want to be asleep for the trip!"- said richard.
"but portland, its not that far?" - asked sophie
" we're not exactly in portland" richard replied, ethan could see sophie was looking uneasy
"It can be kind of intense.......the journey, but its all worth it for when we get there" ethan smiled to her.
"ok......" as sophie took the drink and drank it.
"morning!" - ethan said as sophie stirred from her sleep.
"where, where am i?" - she asked
"your here!" - he said with a beaming smile, sophie got up from her bed she was in. she slipped her shoes on, and followed ethan. she felt a little dizzy know but ethan assured her it was just the tranquillser, and that she would be ok soon.
"wheres richard?" - she asked, ethan turned round and looked at sophie.
"richard will arrive soon" he pointed up at a ladder. sophie looked up and then started to climb up. she got up and looked around. she was standing on top of a sub, surrounded by jungle, she was shocked and surprised but the scenery was amazing to look at. she noticed a man walking down the dock towards her.
"Hello sophie, my name is benjamin linus, i've been looking forward to meeting you" - as he offered his hand to her.
"watch your step here" - said ben helping her down from the sub.

"Has anyone seen the sheets?"shouted Charlotte and headed to Tom´s house.There would be three new persons and one of them should be arriving any second.So Ben told her to prepare everything.And now the sheets were gone."Goddammit!"she mumbled.Charlotte was nervous, she wanted to do a great job as she was here for only one week now.She had to smile at the thought how nervous she had been when she arrived here.Everyone had told her that she shouldnt do it, her friends, her family and she had to admit that it was a risk.But Charlotte had been ready for a change in her life, an adventure.And it definitely has been the right decision!
"Tom are you in there?"she asked and knocked at the door."I´m here!"answered Tom, Charlotte turned around surprised."Sorry Coleen spotted a stain on the sheets and she had to wash them again!" as he gave them back to her."You know everything should be perfect for the new ones!"grinned Tom and rolled his eyes for the split of a second.Charlotte smiled, Tom was a nice guy, he was pretty easy going and she enjoyed joking around with him."I guess you should better hurry!"he winked.Charlotte laughed and ran away to get the bed done.Five minutes later someone knocked on the door.
"Charlotte, our newcomer arrived!"said Ben as she opened the door."If you´d please show her round!"he said, smiled shortly and walked away.
"He´s a nice guy, a little strict, but nice.you´ll get along with him i promise!"smiled Charlotte."Oh sorry I´m Charlotte!". "Sophie"the girl said as they shook hands.She looked a bit shy and tired but she seemed to feel comfortable."C´mon you´re hungry for sure!"Charlotte laughed as she walked back into the house and Sophie followed her.

Zoe arrived at the airport rather flustered. She saw Ethan waiting for her. He was standing by a black 4x4 with blacked out windows.
"Ethan." She said cooly to him
"Glad to see you got her...safely." She replied dignifiedly. He opened the back door of the 4x4.
"After you." He smiled innocently. "I'll put these in the trunk for you."
"Trunk? Isn't that American slang?" Zoe replied as she got into the car. Ethan ignored her and went to put her luggae in the boot. Zoe sat down next to the window, and buckled herself in. The inside was finely furnished, and looked just as glossy as the exterior. Ethan soon appeared in the car too and pressed a button for the intercom.
"We're ready to go now." He said into it, and then the engine started and they were off.
"Drink?" Ethan asked as he poured some sparkling water.
"Thanks." Zoe replied, looking out the window and watching what was going on outside.
"Here." Ethan said holiding out the glass. Zoe looked at him and took the glass, sipping half of it at once and placing the glace down on a fold out table.
"So, are you looking forward to getting there?" Ethan asked starting a conversation. Zoe rolled her eyes at him.
"So long as I'm not around you 24/7." She replied. Then she suddenly felt really heavy, and tired. Her eye lids, fighting to close, then she realised that Ethan had spiked her drink
"You-" She began to say as the drugs were kicking in, but never finished the sentence as her flopped limply against her seat.

Liam followed Richard into the building before he was called away. Liam took a seat in the corridor and waited.
Five minutes later Richard returned with lovely young lady, saying, "I'll be with you in ten," as he led the girl down the corridor. Liam nodded at Richard and smiled at the girl, who smiled back.
Another five minutes or so passed and a man came and introduced himself as Ethan to Liam. He led Liam down the corridor to a bar and offered him a drink as he sat down.
"Tranquiliser?" Liam enquired as he saw Ethan tip some powder into the drink.
"Yeah, it'll be a long flight," Ethan replied.
"Good stuff," Liam replied, "At least this way I won't have to eat any airline food."
Ethan smiled and handed Liam his drink which he downed in one. Richard returned and asked, "How are you feeling?"
"Think you need to up the dose," Liam smiled, "I'm a big boy."
Another two drinks later, Liam's eyelids felt heavy and he slowly drifted to sleep.

Liam woke up and looked around. He couldn't see anyone and decided to investigate. Finding a ladder, he climbed to the top, emerging onto the top of a submarine.
"Hello?" he called out, but there was no reply.

"oh you will be staying here with me, hope you don't mind sharing a place"- said charlotte
"oh no it will be fun" - sophie smiled.
charlotte headed straight to the fridge and pulled a plate of cold pizza, left overs from the night before.
"want some?" she asked sophie
"no thank you" - sophie smiled back
"more for me then" - grinned charlotte
"so what brought you here?" asked sophie as she sat down on a chair.
"oh a new life ya know blah blah blah" - said charlotte, which made sophie chuckle.
"and you?" asked charlotte
"i applied for a job here" - sophie smiled back
"oh?" - said charlotte
"yeah im gonna be working with the children here" - sophie said
"then maybe i should show you where you will be working sophie!" - said ben standing behind them. sophie jumped because she didn't know he was standing there.
"i need the bathroom first" she smiled as charlotte pointed down the hall way. sophie went off. ben looked over to charlotte.
"i want you to convince her to stay. you got 6 months got it?" - ben said coldy charlotte nodded.
"and what if i can't" - said charlotte nervous
"then i will...........she musn't know she can't return home! i don't want to do the same thing i had to do with thomas, understand?" - he said. charlotte just nodded as sophie just walked back in
"good." he smiled at charlotte and then looked too sophie "are you ready?" he asked.

Charlotte watched them both walk away and sighed.She didn´t want all this.Thomas had been a good guy, she only knew him for two days but suddenly he was gone and she didnt know nor she wanted to know what had happened to him.And now she had to convince Sophie to stay."I just hope that she really fits in here and makes friends!"she sighed and got up to make some coffee.Suddenly she felt so angry.She liked her new life but they were things that Ben and some others were doing that she just couldn´t accept."You´ll understand when the time comes!"Ben had told her.But Charlotte was sure that she would never get used to it.Sophie seemed to be a nice person ,she was innocent."She doesn´t deserve all this".Charlotte looked out of the window and saw Sophie and Ben walking around, chatting and laughing."You have no idea what awaits you!"whispered Charlotte sad as she poured some milk into her coffee.
"Charlotte Juliet needs help with the cake!"said Danny suddenly.Charlotte jumped up surprised and turned around quickly."Danny you scared me!"she said and blushed at the thought that he might have heard her.But he didn´t seem to have noticed anything."You know she´s in cooking mood again!"he said as Charlotte followed her out of the little house.

Zoe woke up groggily on a bunk. She sat up and banged her head on the base of the bunk above her. She swore loudly, rubbing the part on her head where she bumped it. She got up and looked around. It looked like she was in a submarine. She went to leave the room and down a corridor. Richard suddenly appeared in front of her.
"Ah, you're awake. Good, I was just coming to fetch you. We're here. Follow me." Richard said to her. Zoe frowned as she follwed Richard, still rubbing the top of her head. Richard stopped at a ladder. "Go ahead, Ethan and I will be out in a bit, we've just got to sort some stuff here first." Zoe was pleased that she hadn't woken up to Ethan greeting her this time. She wondered why she had been drugged, but decided not to ask any questions just yet. She climbed the ladder without saying anything, emerging out of the submarine and onto a dock. The surroundings were beautiful. Vast jungle, a fantastic beach, then sun was shining brightly, making the sea sparkle in the sunlight. She walked along the dock and could see someone else just ahead of her, calling out "Hello?". She walked over to the lonely figure.

Liam turned round as he heard footsteps approaching. A woman looked up at him, "Hi," she said.
"Hi, my name's Liam."
"Zoe."
"No, Liam," he laughed.
They chatted briefly before Ethan appeared behind them. "Glad you two are getting on, you'll be sharing the same house," he said.
Ethan led them along the dock on a short walk through what appeared to be a jungle. As they emerged from the trees they could see what looked like a quaint little village. Ethan led them to the house they would be staying in. "There are two other people you'll be sharing with for now, but you each have your own room," he said to them as he closed the door behind him.
Liam turned to Zoe, "What brings you here then?"

"ta da"- said ben, as him and sophie walked into a empty buliding
"whats this?" she asked looking puzzled
"this is all yours" he said
"what do you mean?" - she asked.
"ok when we applied you for the job for teaching. it wasn't exactly for teaching....... it was for you to do things with the children, entertain them kinda like a daycare. basically to keep them out of trouble" - said ben
"so why didn't you advertise that then i still would of applied for it" - she asked
"we did but no one applied so we lied a little, i hope your not dissapointed?" - he asked.
"no not at all" she smiled softly
suddenly a young girl in her teens burst into the building,
"awww alex" sighed ben
"dad wheres karl?" she snapped.
"wheres your manners alex, i'm sorry (looking at sophie) this is my daughter alex"
"nice to meet you alex" - said sophie offering her hand to shake. but alex just glared @ her.
"alex this is not the time. perhaps you can help sophie with this place" he said
"you just want me away from karl" she snapped back.
"ALEX!" he snapped.
sophie felt a little uneasy. ben then turned to look @ sophie.
"i'm sorry, take your time doing the place up, however u want it. theres no rush" he smiled as he walked out the door.

"Hey juliet!"said charlotte as she walked into the kitchen.She didn´t know juliet too well, but she seemed to be a caring person and a quite important doctor though charlotte didn´t know what exactly she was doing."Hello charlotte!"smiled juliet helding a big dish."Umm I´ll leave you two alone then!"said Danny who looked rather confused and walked away quickly.
"I want to make strawberry cake today!"said juliet and gave her a box of strawberries."Could you please cut them in half!"said juliet and gave her a knife too.They both sat down at the big wooden table who was standing in the middle of the room."It looks pretty friendly in here!"said charlotte as she looked around."Well I made myself at home!"smiled juliet and put 4 eggs into the dish.
"How´s the new one?"asked juliet suddenly."Her name´s sophie!"answered charlotte and looked at her."she seems to be a very nice person"she added quickly.juliet smiled at her."Do you think she´ll like it here?"she asked."Did Ben tell her?"thought charlotte shocked."Or am i just a bit too sensitive?" and felt juliet staring at her.
"Ouch"said charlotte suddenly and looked at her finger."Great i cut myself!"she thought."Wait I´ll take care of this!"said juliet and got up to get a plaster.charlotte looked at her as she left the room." I´m probably getting crazy!"mumbled charlotte and sighed.

"Yeah, er, same here," Liam said before picking up his bag and looking round the house.
Liam found a large room tucked away at the back and decided to make it his own. He dropped his bag off and climbed onto the bed. He had a ham sandwich before cleaning himself up. He always seemed to get mustard everywhere.
The window was open and a refreshing breeze blew in past the curtains. Liam got up to admire the view, looking out across the village and into the jungle. Everything looked so peaceful.
As he turned around Liam was caught by surprise as a stranger had entered his room.
