That smug look on his face in the finale when he thought he had saved all the Losties after making the phone call. The only thing that makes it bearable is the fact that he has done the wrong thing and doens't know it - but we do. But Jack was a bit schizo towards him in the beginning- the first ep he saved him from Sayid, then in the next one he told off Locke when he asked what they'd do with him long term and told him they'd just keep him there[then again, he'll use any excuse to pick a fight with Locke]And don't forget, he only did Ben's surgery after almost killing him.
