Area 51, the top-secret military site in Nevada where experimental aircraft are said to be developed and where the government is alleged to have in cold storage the remains of the aliens that crashed in New Mexico in the 1940s. (weird theramin sound here)
I took it to mean it's as that sort of thing, as in you can believe it exists or not.
