those are some fabulous questions. I'll have to think for a bit...I'm a bit on the shy side as well, I don't ever want to appear to presumptuous, but I would love nothing more than an acknowledgment from him that he received my good wishes. I'll return to the question thread once I've thought about it a little bit!
