I feel your pain girl! My family and friends think I am gross for liking him. I think Brad Pitt is overrated. He doesn't have the talent that our dear Mr. Emerson has.

Well, I still wonder why I like him - but I do, very much so, there´s no doubt. But hey - there´s no one I know around who could wonder about my taste (there´s no Henry Gale yet on german television) But the characters M. Emerson plays are all interesting, deep, he has a great voice (I always fall for the voice ), is a very talented actor (always gets me to believe what he says... well most of the time), he has dark hair and very nice blue eyes and the kindest smile ... there are quite a few more things I like about him and I am thankful that there are not so many crazy fans for him like for Brad Pitt - imagine the poor man´s life

Yeah, i'm 16 also, and let's just say my parents are starting to worry about my mental health. But hey you can't blame me for totally falling for Michael! He's the most intense actor I've ever seen, Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt have nothing on him!

I've spent many years trying to work out why I get so obssessed with people, bands, hobbies, random things... but I still don't know so I'm afraid I have no pearls of wisdom to impart!
My husband wants to know why I can't get obssessed with housework or ironing or something instead. He came in while I was watching a youtube clip of Lost and when Michael came on he said "Oh leave him alone!" then said something about showing some loyalty to my husband by ironing a shirt - as if!

We ought to get together off cyberspace (LOL), because those are my hubby's sentiments as well.

You give a really cute description of the situation. This is making me think of my past relationships. My boyfriends would get so upset with my "obsessions," and I would never quit it. I imagine that when I do get married that my husband might be like yours. And when he asks me to "obsess" over ironing his shirt instead, I will simply tell him: "Okay, but I'm going to pretend that it's Michael's shirt that I'm ironing." And that will be the best ironed shirt ever..... *smiles*
