What's it like to be a straight guy on a forum like this?

Wonderful, because I love being around geek girls. And you all have to be a geek to some degree to be posting on a forum like this one. C'mon.

Does the fan-girling make you roll your eyes, laugh, or just ignore it completely?

I've been apathetic to about 90% of the fan-girling - but the other 10% I would normally sit stunned, try to figure out what's going on and then just laugh.

Some posts are quite endearing actually.

Does it make you uncomfortable? It has to alienate you guys at least a bit.

Not really... Though if any of my friends were to see me posting on here, they would automatically conclude that I were gay, haha.



I admire him as an actor. He's absolutely fantastic at what he does. I have always loved actors like him: the shady, sly, dark - types. Anthony Hopkins is up there with him.

Do all the estrogen-charged posts make you kind of take note on what all of us are finding so hot? Do you 'see' this attraction, or does it mystify you?

I guess I can understand a little bit. Though, I'm still unsure as to why a bunch of (mostly teenage) girls are attracted to a guy that is in his 50s [just kidding].
