Sophie noticed the camp site in the distant and ran over. She saw molly on the grass floor. Playing with her favourite toy. "Mols" She said scooping her up and kissed her cheek. Molly smiled back hugging her mother tightly.
"Da?" molly said. Making a tear roll down sophies cheek.
"Daddys going to be gone for a while."
Just then Richard and John had cuaght up. Sophie glared at Richard as she went off to find Thomas.

Jack and Emma finally found themselves alone. They stared at each other for a few moments before Emma stepped closer to Jack.
"Your father..." she couldn't find the words to continue.
"It's all right. I thought he was dead once, and I made my peace with it. If he's really gone this time, it's probably Mel that will have to deal with the grief."
"And us, Jack? Are we okay?" Emma searched his eyes for reassurance that he had forgiven her completely.
"That depends," he replied uneasily. "I need to know that I'm the one you really want to be with. I've seen you struggle with your feelings for Desmond, and for Sayid. I need to know that I'm the one you choose."
"I choose you above everybody, Jack." she responded softly.
"Then I want to hear you say it in front of everybody. I want to marry you and become a family with you and our baby, whether we get off this island or not."
Emma's fears gave way to delight, and she broke into a wide grin. "I will marry you, Jack!" she responded joyfully. She threw herself into Jack's arms and they kissed as if they would never come up for air. They were interrupted, however, by Sayid. He burst into their home and averted his eyes when he saw them kissing passionately.
"Jack, we have a situation. Our prisoners escaped while Mel had her surgery."
Jack darted out the front door to investigate. Emma followed, and met Sayid's eyes as she passed him. She saw his pain at finding her and Jack reconciled.
"Sayid..." she started, but he held his hand up.
"No words." he said gruffly. "Please." He motioned for her to go before him out the front door and he followed. They walked to the courtyard where Frank and Oliver had been tied to the trees. All that remained were the thick ropes that had bound them.
"What do we do?" Emma wondered out loud.
"We trust fate to deal with them as they deserve. There's nothing more we can do." Sayid answered before leaving them for his own home.

Mel closed the door behind her, relying on the faint light that came through the dirty windows to see. She stepped forward to the table as Jacob appeared to her, sitting in his chair. She fell to her knees in front of him.
Jacob placed his hand on her should as she cried.
"Why did you send him?" she asked quietly.
Jacob sighed, "I'm going to show you something. I probably shouldn't but it is something you need to see."
Mel nodded as she looked up at him.
Suddenly it was as if he had lowered a screen in front of her eyes. She saw an image playing on it.
"This is what I saw when I looked into what was to come for you a year ago." Jacob told her.
Mel watched the events unfold and gasped when she saw herself.
"And this is what I saw when I looked again not one month ago."
Tears still ran down Mel's face as the image went dark.
Jacob wiped a tear away with his thumb, "You've been given reason to cry much to often dear. It hurts me to see you in so much pain. Do you understand now why I did what I did?"
"I understand. Thank you for showing me." Mel whispered as she stood. She bent and kissed Jacob on the cheek.
"When your children are born pay me another visit. I'd like to see them." he smiled.
"Of course." Mel said and found herself smiling back to her mentor. "Does that mean you will be sticking around?"
"This island is my home as much as yours. I will be here." he answered her. "Now go, calm Martin's fears that you are in here being harmed." the old man chuckled.
Mel stopped with her hand on the door and looked back at Jacob, "Can the people on this island die now?" she asked bluntly.
Jacob nodded, "Yes, things have been restored to the way they should be. You were the first, but thankfully you were saved."
"Thanks to Christian." Mel smiled sadly.
"And to Benjamin." Jacob reminded her.
Mel nodded wondering why hearing Ben's name hurt so much. "Yes, thanks to him." she whispered.
Mel left the cabin as dusk was setting in. Keamy was at her side in a moment and Mel pulled him close, wrapping her arms around him. He looked down at her and saw the peace in her eyes. He smiled widely and kissed her.
"Come on." Mel said taking his hand. "Lets go home."

Zoe logged onto the computer in one of Hurley's many guest rooms that she was staying in while she prepared for her trip back to England. With Hurley away collecting supplies and his mother busy down in the kitchen preparing dinner, refusing to allow her to help, Zoe chose to take the time checking her emails - something she hadn't done for a very long time. A very long time being the day she had left for the island.
She had an unbelieveable amount of junk mail, which took her hours to sort through, separating them from the important ones. Again, none of them had been from her brother - who she had been reunited with so briefly before he left the island with the oceanic survivors - those that chose to leave anyway.
But then an email came up she didn't recognise. It wasn't junk mail, this was a genuine email address, and had a tone of urgency in the subject title.
'Swan, arrow, looking glass, staff, pearl, flame. Only read if you know what this means.' Zoe frowned. Someone had named the stations of the dharma inititive. And whoever it was was trying to contact her urgently. The email had only been sent a few weeks ago. The day Oliver had captured her, and taken her off the island.
Hesitantly, she clicked on the email, and opened it, and began to read, tears starting to well in her eyes....

Emma returned home, exhausted, while Jack retrieved Desmond from Sun. She had just flopped on the couch when a knock on the door roused her. She opened it to find Sayid on her doorstep.
"Sayid!" She exclaimed, surprised to see him.
"I won't stay long. I just wanted to tell you that there is one thing more I have left to do for you."
"What are you talking about?" Emma asked, confused.
"I'm going after Frank and Oliver. I will make sure they never come after you or Desmond again."
"Sayid, don't. We'll deal with them if they ever come back here. Please don't go after them!" Emma grabbed for Sayid's hand and gripped it tightly.
Sayid squeezed her hand in return, but remained resolute. "There is nothing keeping me here, and I won't allow you to live in fear. I will come back when they no longer pose a threat."
Emma knew there was no point in arguing with him; he was determined to do this, and nothing would stop him.
"Be safe, Sayid." she said sadly, knowing this would probably be their final goodbye. When he came back to the village, they would have to coexist as strangers. She had made her promise to Jack.
"I will never forget you." he replied solemnly, looking her straight in the eye. "And I have no regrets." He turned away and Emma watched as he disappeared into the jungle.
Emma felt chills all over her body. He hadn't said it, but they both knew what he was going to do. Sayid was willing to kill two people out of love for her.

1 year on
Sophie cried as she placed a rose on a mound of mud. Richard stood behind placing a hand on Sophies shoulder. She touched his hand as she broke down in tears. Molly stood beside her mother holding her other hand. "Goodbye Thomas." Molly said placing a drawing she made, that had her family on. Mum Dad, herself and her baby brother.
"C'mon Molly lets give mummy some alone time." Richard said taking her hand.
"Mum?" she asked.
"Its ok Molly." she said wiping her tears then giving her a hug and watched as Richard took her in one of the log cabins that the others built since they moved away.
John came up behind Sophie, as she sat at Thomas grave, looking at Mollys drawing. "I'm sorry Sophie." he said sitting down beside her. He put an arm around her as she rested against him.
"Why? This wasn't supposed to happen." She sighed.
"Maybe Ben's leaving has changed everything." he said. "Maybe he was never meant to go."
"But that doesn't make sense. Why Jacob send him away, if he was meant to be here?"
"I don't know. That day he left. Before he whispered something in your ear? What did he say?"
"That i'll always find him."
"Then maybe its time you went looking for him."

Mel looked across the courtyard and smiled sweetly at her husband. She looked at the diamond on her ring finger. It was impractical for life on the island but Martin had been so happy when they had gotten married that she couldn't deny him when he gave it to her. She had been wearing it for so long that it almost made her forget about her first wedding ring.
She sat up from the tiny garden she was tending and stretched her back. Her husband stood about ten yards away, deep in conversation with a man she had never warmed to, John Locke. It was normal to see them talking at any hour of the day.
She looked in the other direction and found Jack and Emma sitting on the front porch of their house. They were both smiling, obviously delirously happy though Emma kept spacing out every so often as she was listening for the sounds of little Desmond waking up inside.
Mel turned once more and looked out into the jungle. It had been a long time since she had ventured into it. Martin would no longer allow it with her condition. In fact, he rarely let her out of his sight. She knew he wanted her close so she wouldn't get into any trouble that seemed to follow her where ever she went. In truth, she hadn't caused any trouble for him or anyone else in ages. The island had been blissfully peaceful since the day the light filled the sky. She was content living in the village with the people she had grown to love. Mel's eyes clouded a bit as she turned away from the jungle, she tried to stop them, but every so often her memories would visit her.
Mel shook her head violently trying to shake the images out of her mind. She'd fallen across many bad times in the jungle but as time passed those were overshadowed by the good times that had found her.
It had been seven months since she had seen the two men that still haunted her dreams. Seven months since they had forever altered the island and saved her life. It still hurt to think that she would never see them again.
"Hey babe." Martin said as he walked up to her, his love for her evident in his eyes.
"Hi love." she said kissing him on the cheek.
"The garden looks great." he commented as he wrapped his arms around her from behind.
"It's nearly done."
"How are the little ones today?" he asked as he placed his hand over her much expanded stomach.
"They're wonderful." she smiled and put her hand on top of his, as if they were both guarding the precious gifts inside.

"How?"
"Sophie your special, you always find a way." John said standing up.
"And why are you helping me?" Sophie asked looking up to him. "You believe in every action Jacob has brought out."
"I believe this time he has gone too far." John replied. Sophie sat shock the one man who absoulate faith in the island. Was now loosing it? "He can't force someone to love another man and he can't kill a ch.."
"Stop!" Sophie said as she glanced over to Thomas grave again.
"Thats why Ben has to return."
"Ben followed Jacob as much as you do! It wouldn't make a difference."
"Ben gave up on Jacob the day he left!" There was silent moment. "I'm going to go and check on the other village. I'll be back soon." John said, before grabbing his backpack and heading off.
..............................................................................................
Ben shot up out of his bed gasping for air, woken up by a dream. Ben had been dreaming a lot just lately, dreams which invovled the island. It was like messages/ clues were hinting to him. But he just learnt to ignore them. But this one kept in his mind. His Sophie was dying, dying of the sickness and she was begging for him to come and help. Catching his breath he got out of bed and headed to the bathroom. Running the cold tap, he looked at himself in the mirror, sweat on his forehead. He splashed cool water to his face to cool him down. Wiping his face he looked back up in the mirror. Sophie was standing behind him. He jumped and whizzed around seeing no one was there.
He went in the living room and collapsed in an arm chair. Beside was a drinks cabinet, seeing a bottle of whisky he remebered his conversation he had with charles widmore, a few months back.
"When did you start sleeping with a bottle of scotch by the bed?" Ben questioned
"When the nightmares started." Charles replied.

April 2005
Tears kept flowing down Zoe'd cheek as she continued to read the email.
Hey. Zoe. Is that you? It's Kate. I have a message for you - if you're alive. Sawyer called me. He's very worried about you. He told me if you were taken away, and asked me a favour. To find you. I can't leave the country, so I did I world wide search on the net for any blog pages, myspace/facebook/beebo and any email addresses you might have in hope that if you escaped Oliver's clutches, your first instincts would be to see you you could contact that have been on the island. Well. There's me. And I am doing this for the both of you.
I've attached my email and address to this email in a document along with some vital details you need to know. It requires a password to open those documents - don't want just any hilbilly opening them now do we? You can figure out the code. Remember those numbers that were on the hatch door? It's the third and second number.
Try and get in contact soon, Zoe. Sawyer is really missing you, and is sick of worry about how you are. He told me to tell you he loves you.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Love Kate.
Zoe clicked on the attachment, and entered the code - 1516 - and the document downloaded. Like Kate said, all the information she had mentioned that was there, was there. Zoe immediately grabbed the phone and started dialling Kate's number.

Emma gazed over the ocean water as the sun was setting and felt peaceful for the first time in a very long time. She thought about her love for Desmond, and how it had brought her to where she stood today. Tears welled in her eyes as she thanked Desmond for bringing Jack into her life. As she wiped away her tears, Jack stole up behind her and put his arms around her.
"Are you ready for this?" he whispered into her ear. Emma turned to face him and kissed him lightly.
"I've been ready for a long time, Jack!" She grinned at him and grabbed his hand. They walked together towards the small group that had gathered by the water to see them get married. Emma wore a long white sundress and exotic flowers in her hair, handpicked by Molly.
Emma glanced around her at the motley group of the island's survivors. She smiled when she saw Juliet and Sayid standing exceptionally close to each other, heads bent in whispered conversation. She expected to feel jealousy that Sayid had moved on so quickly, but instead she felt only happiness that he had found somebody that could give him the love that he deserved.
The remaining survivors had fallen into a peaceful camaraderie, and old enmities had been buried. Even Keamy had earned the trust and friendship of almost everyone, and his devotion to Mel and his unborn children was obvious to everybody. Sophie still mourned the loss of Ben, but had formed a new family with Richard and appeared to be content.
The only faces that were missing were Christian and Zoe. Jack had made his peace with his father's absence, but Emma knew it was still painful for Mel on occasion. Sawyer remained convinced that Zoe would return, and in the meantime he focused his attention entirely on being the best father he could be for Charlie.
Jack and Emma held hands and faced each other as they said their vows in front of their friends. When baby Desmond squirmed in Sun's arms and reached out for his mother Emma released Jack's hands and took him into her arms. The crowd clapped joyfully when, in the absence of a minister, Jack and Emma declared themselves husband and wife. They celebrated with endless bottles of Dharma wine.
Finally, they could be the happy family that they had always wanted to be.

"Hello?" Zoe heard Kate's familar cautious voice.
"Kate?" Zoe replied, in barely a whisper. There was silence. She frowned. "Kate? Are you there?" More silence.
"Who is this?" Kate asked.
"It's me." Zoe answered her, sure that Kate already knew.
"Where are you?" Kate asked after another moments silence.
"I'm at Hurley's." Zoe replied. "I've been here for the past few weeks."
"Really?" Kate replied, quite shocked. There all this time. Only a phone call away, even a quick car joruney away, and she never knew. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah...yeah...I'm fine." Zoe replied unconvingly.
"What happened?" Kate whispered. "Sawyer..."
"You've spoken to Sawyer"? Zoe asked curiously.
"Yeah, he phoned me the day Oliver took you." Kate explained. "He is so worried about you. What happened?"
"I can't tell you on the phone. It's all very complicated. Perhaps you better come over?" Zoe suggested.
"Yes, of course." Kate replied. "'ll be there in an hour."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"He tried to kill you?" Kate asked shocked. She and Zoe sat at the kitchen table, Zoe drinking tea, Kate, drinking coffee, and Zoe had explained almost everything to her.
"Yep." Zoe replied nodding and took another sip from her tea. "It didn't take though."
"But...how?" Kate asked. She stood up, and walked round the table, and up to Zoe, examining where Zoe had shown her she had been shot. "There's no trace. Not even a scar!"
"I know it's hard to believe. But when I was shot before - on the island. Jacob brought me back. Why, I still haven't figured out yet. But he clearly lost control somehow. Cuz now, I can't die. Mel shot me once - in the jungle. It was a lethal shot, but I survived. The bullet popped out, and the wound healed. I've tested myself - cut myself and all sorts. Nothing. I can't die. Oliver had it in his mind that if I was off the island, then maybe that power would leave me."
Kate's eyes widened in shock, and Zoe smirked. "Well, I planted that idea in his head. I did think about it myself, could I die if I was off the island? Obviously, it was something I didn't want to test. I have a son to think about. But I don't know... there was something that I can't explain. Something that made me feel I would be fine." Kate's expression was hard to read. Did she believe her? Or did she think she was crazy?
"So he did take me off island, he tried to kill me, and thought he had suceeded." Zoe continued. "Once he was convinced, he left again. I woke up, and found two kids, approaching me curiously. They had seen everything that happened. They helped me make a phone call - to Hurley. Hurley came and saved me."
Before Kate replied, the phone rang.
"'Scuse me a minute." Zoe said to her, and picked up the phone before the ringing woke up Mrs Reyes, who was having a nap. "Hello?"
"Hello, is this Mrs Reyes?" Came an urgent voice.
"No, sorry, this is Caley. I'm a close family friend." Zoe replied. "Is there anything wrong?"
"Is Mrs Reye's available? This is pretty important. It concerns her son." The urgent voice replied.
"No, she isn't available. Can I take a message?" Zoe answered them.
"I really need to speak to the next of kin...." Whoever was on the phone replied.
"Well, she can't come to the phone right now. I am the next next of kin. So tell me. What's wrong with Hugo?!" Zoe asked, getting worried now.
"He's been arrested, and transfered to Santa Rosa's Mental Institute." They informed him.
"s**t." Zoe replied. "Okay, I'm on my way." She hung up the phone and turned to Kate.
"I have to go. Hurley is in trouble." Zoe told her.
"What's wrong?" Kate asked concerned.
"Hurley...he's been arrested, and is being taken to Santa Rosa. Again. I have to go help him." Zoe replied.
"C'mon, we'll go in my car." Kate told her, and grabbed her keys, and they both ran out the house.

Ben was buying a paper at a paper stand, when we was waiting for the man to give him his change. He noticed Sophie across the street, as people walked by busliy.
"Hey you forgot your change." the man said when Ben whizzed off running across the street not even caring the cars and taxi's going by. A car slammed there breaks and beeped there horn in annoyance as ben stood out infront of it. It made him jump and freeze.
"What hell are you playing at?" the man in the car yelled beeping his horn.
Ben looked over to the street and Sophie was gone again. "I'm sorry..." he said getting of the road and back on the pavement.
..........................................................................................
Ben always went and sat on a bench near the ocean everyday. It made him feel like he was back at home. Reminding him of stuff happening on the island. How he and Sophie used to sit on the dock and talk. It was like a comfort thing to spend an hour each day reminsing the island.
"Hello Ben!" a voice said behind. It made his hairs stand up, a tingle down his spine, as he recognised that voice.
"Hello Sophie." he said as she sat down beside him. "Took you time!" he smiled as he looked at her. Sophie smiled too then looked out to the ocean.
"We need you Ben. I need you."
"I can't go back..... you know that." he paused then looked out her. "How are the children? Molly and Thomas?"
A tear rolled down her cheek, at the thought of little Thomas. "Mollys fine. Shes now 3. Shes very smart. She gets that from her dad."
"Thomas?"
"Thomas is dead!"
"What?" Ben said shocked saddened not knowing what to say.
"Jacob killed him!" Sophie said seeing the angers in her eyes.
"But........"
Sophie interupted him. "Thats why you have to come back Ben. You have to stop him. Even John agrees."
"and Richard?" he asked.
"He doesn't see it! Ben you need to come. We need you. We need you. We need you......." Sophie kept reapeting before she faded away infront of Bens eyes.

"Ready to take a walk?" Keamy asked Mel.
Mel looked up at her husband, "More than ready. I've been waiting for this for a long time."
They walked silently through the jungle, content just to be in each others presence. Mel looked at the trees and smiled. She hadn't been out here in months and it felt like she had found something in her that was missing.
"You really love it out here don't you?" Keamy said taking her hand.
"I do. I can't imagine being anywhere else."
Keamy smiled back at her, "We're here."
Mel stopped walking and looked up. There stood the cabin. Mel noticed he hadn't felt the need to move it since she had last been there. She took that as a sign that the island was now safe.
Mel opened the door and stepped inside, Keamy right behind her. She was taken back by the light that filled the room. In the past it had been so dark you could barely see inside, now a soft light surrounded them.
Jacob sat in his chair, smiling at her. "Hello Mel."
Tears pricked Mel's eyes at the sight of the old man, her mentor. "I've brought someone to meet you." she said as she knelt in front of him and uncovered the bundle in her arms. She revealed a perfect, green-eyed, baby boy, "This is Tristian."
Jacob laid his hand on Tristian's blonde head and closed his eyes. When he smiled a few moments later Mel knew he had seen Tristian's future and it was good.
"And where is the girl?" he asked.
Keamy stepped forward to introduce their baby girl who had a head full of inky black hair and pale blue eyes like her father. Brother and sister couldn't look more different from one another.
"This is Lilly." Keamy beamed.
Jacob smiled again. Mel had never seen him smile so much, "She will grow to be a beauty just like her mother."
"Your family is beautiful Melanie. Tristian and Lilly will join William and Bella and live a happy life here."
"Thank you Jacob." Mel whispered.
"Martin, would you give us a moment please?" Jacob asked.
Keamy nodded and Mel set Tristian safely in his free arm before opening the door for him. She closed it behind him and turned back to Jacob.
"I need you to see something." Jacob told her.
Mel nodded, "Alright."
"You should sit down."
Mel sat down and closed her eyes. Suddenly she was on a busy sidewalk. She glanced around wondering what it was she was supposed to see. She gasped when she found him.
"Ben?" she said without realizing it.
He froze, only feet from her, and faced her.
"How are you here?" he asked in wonder.
"I'm not really, Jacob brought me."
Ben's eyes narrowed, "Why?"
"I don't know."
"Mel, I want you to tell me where the island is now."
"What? No!"
"Why not?"
"Because everything is good now Ben. The island is at peace and so are the people who live on it."
"You're telling me Thomas is at peace?" Ben nearly yelled at her.
Mel looked away, "I'm sorry about your son Ben, what happened was a tragedy."
"It could have been prevented. Jacob could have spared him."
"I don't know where you heard that but I don't believe it to be true."
"And what of your children Mel? How are your twins?" Ben spat.
"I'm not going to let you make me feel ashamed of my family Ben. I'm blessed they are healthy. Thomas was not the first child to die on the island, you know that."
Ben shook his head, "Tell me where the island is."
"No, you can't come back Ben. You don't belong there anymore."
"I will find my way back." Ben threatened.
"You'll find it a changed place. You'll never lead there again, you must know that. They won't follow you."
"How can you be so sure of that?"
Mel smiled sadly, "Because I'm on the island and you're not."
Suddenly Ben and the busy sidewalk faded from her sight and she found herself back in Jacob's cabin.
"You were right about one thing Melanie." Jacob said.
Mel looked up at him, "What was that?"
"Benjamin will never lead the people of this island again. A new leader has been chosen and no matter what he or others may try they cannot change that fact. This island will be lead by one person, and one person only."
"And who is that?" Mel asked pushing herself to her feet.
Jacob smiled, "Dear girl, it's you."

Zoe and Kate rushed over to the reception desk.
"We're here to see Hugo Reyes!" They both blurted out simultaneously. The receptionist raised an eyebrow at them both, but then started to type away at his computer.
"Who are you to him?" He asked them curiously.
"I live with him." Zoe replied flatly. "I anwered the call."
"Right, certainly. Of course you did. Would you two like to follow me then please." The recptionist replied, and stood up, leading them down a corridor, up a couple of flights of stairs, into another corridor and they stopped outside a door. The recptionist knocked on the door and opened it.
"Hugo." He said as he opened the door. "You have some visitors." Zoe peered into the room. Hurley looked awful. Pasty faced, and scared. How did this happen just a matter of hours ago? This morning he was fine. He had been out on a few errands. And now here he was. Back in his worst nightmare. The recptionist excused himself and left them to it. Kate and Zoe sat down gingerly on Hurley's bed, opposite to where he was sat on his desk chair.
"Hurley, what happened?" Zoe asked immediately. "What are you doing here?"
"I..er...I kinda lost control. I was in the store, just picking up a few things. Then I saw Charlie, dude. There, in the store, looking at the magazine stand. And I freaked out man. I mean. Charlie is dead. He shouldn't have been there. So I ran out the store and sped off a bit too fast in my car." Hurley explained rather awkwardly.
"You saw Charlie?" Zoe whispered in disbelief.
"See, it's impossible. I must be crazy. I couldn't tell the police what really happened. They already think I am crazy as it is." Hurley explained. "And now you guys are gunna think the same thing."
"No Hurley." Zoe replied shaking her head. "Not at all. I see Charlie too. All the time in fact."
"What? Really?" Hurley replied sharply, a look of disbelief now showed on his face.
"Yes. Since the day I first ever found out I was pregnant with his children." Zoe replied, her eyes watering as she remembered back.
"But...it's impossible..." Hurley replied quietly.
"Hurley." Kate said, looking at him sadly. "How are we going to get you out of here?"
"I don't want to leave. I need to be here. I am loosing control man. I'm sick. I don't want to leave until I am better." Hurley answered her.
"But what about your mom?" Zoe asked in protest.
"She'll understand." Hurley replied firmly.
"Hurley, I know you've done a lot for me, and you have been a really great friend, but I really can't be coping with this right now. I don't want to leave you here, but I've booked a plane to go back home, to England, to find someone who can get me back to the island." Zoe informed him hopelessly. "You can't stay in here!"
"Don't let me stop you Zoe. Go back to England. I know how important it is for you to get back to Sawyer and your kids. Don't worry about me. I'll be fine." Hurley smiled weakly at her.
"Don't worry Zoe, I'll take care of this. Go back to England Get back to the island." Kate reassured her.
"But I need your help!" Zoe protested.
"You've got this far without my help." Kate reasoned. "Who are you seeing in England anyway?"
"Charles Widmore." Zoe growled in an undertone. She regretted it were true, but he was the only one apart from the survivors of Oceanic flight 815 who knew anything about the island, of all the people in the world that did, he knew the most.
"Okay. If you are really sure." Zoe replied uncertainly. She wanted more then anything to get back to the island, and couldn't quite believe she was admitting this to herself. She hugged Hurley and Kate tightly, and they wished her luck, and very reluctantly, she left them, headed out of Santa Rosa and halled down a taxi, instructing the cabbie to take her back to Hurley's house. When she got back, the first thing she did was to keep the cab waiting and went to find Hurley's mom, explaining everything that happened, and ushered her into the cab, and sent her on her way to Santa Rosa before herself, heading upstairs to her bedroom and began packing frantically for her trip to England.

"Sophie what are you doing!" Richard asked as Sophie stormed across the village with a box of things.
"I'm not living with you anymore. I can't bear the sight of you!" She sniped. "C'mon Molly" she called as her daughter caught up.
"Whats happened between us Soph. We used to be good friends. Even more....."
"Don't you dare!" she turned around to face him.
"Why do you hate me so much!"
"Why?" she chuckled then anger formed. "WHY? It's your fault. Ben would of never left and my son wouldn't be dead!"
"Do you think i asked for this Sophie? All i wanted was for you to be happy."
"You could of stopped him. You could of stopped him from leaving. You could of stopped Jacob killing my son!" She screamed. "But you didn't you just stood back. Why are you so afraid of him!" she yelled. Not getting a response back she turned around and headed to her old home. Bens home.
"You do this he will punish you!" Richard yelled.
"Let him!" she said storming off.
