Oh my! What a discussion here!?  I'm sad because I really think that Michael deserved this Emmy. Ben is a great character, the best in Season 3 I think, and Michael is so excellent in portraying the man that he had to win. Yet, he did not. I was hurt by that and he was as well. But I'm also sure that the competition is not as important to him as his fans' love, which he has absolutely. I don't think there's such hatred among actors. Disappointment, for sure. Envy, could be. But that's the emotion of the moment. And yet, I think Terry is a great actor too. He was my favourite actor on LOST before Michael stepped in. ------------ One last thing- We should pack a self-made Emmy and send it to Hawaii, what about it? LOL ;D OK, artists and whoever wants to join, I'm game. However, here are some rules: No bashing of Terry O'Quinn. The man shared his glory with Michael. He didn't have to do it. But he was gracious enough to do it. No bashing of any sort. Just plain congratulatory remarks on how we love him and wish he was also the winner. Let's not will it away from Terry. |

I looked at the pix Edith posted and it seems Michael was happy for Terry! That's great. And that's so much of him! ;D

I want to see Bocke doing The Odd Couple on Broadway. I would buy a ticket for practically every night. ha ha yes lol i want them to have a spin off show after lost Hahaha. The survivors get off the island. Ben and Locke remain. Locke doesn't want to leave because he likes to walk and not having to use the wheelchair. There's no one left but Ben, Locke, some others, such as Rose (who wants to stay because of her cancer), baby Aaron, because the island needs them. In typical Odd Couple fashion, we have a comedy spin-off LOST. |

I hope next year lost gets nominated for few more emmys and maybe michael may just get one to put next to his other one on his mantlepiece!

I am happy that the Emmy stayed with LOST. I thought that T.R. Knight might get the pity award, or Mike Imperioli, the suck-up-to-the-Sopranos award, or William Shatner, the let's-give-an-award-to-Shatner-just-because award.

I was fine with the prospect of either of them winning, to be honest. Well, of course, I'd have liked it if Michael won, but Terry deserved an award just the same.
From what I've read on the Internet in anticipation of the Emmys, it seemed that many people predicted that Masi Oka would win.

I think Terry have received Emmy for the whole job on Lost, but not for the third season. And it is unfair in relation to Michael. |
