I think that's the one from the cover of TV Guide. I would know, I put it on my wall so that I see it every night as I fall asleep.

Oh why oh why did I not see the light until after 4x09 ... All those TV guides I could have bought and missed! *headdesk*
BTW, the Post Gazette version (http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/images/200808/michaelemerson_500.jpg) of the photo doesn't have the ABC watermark. But it's a lot lighter.

Thanks for the video! I was excited at first, yet it was strange for me to see what Michael's life is like, being surrounded by fans (the people walking with him seemed like bodyguards, to me) and with cameras flashing and his nonchalant attitude about all of it. I didn't have the impression they were bodyguards, per se. I think they were just employees of the Chautauqua Institution, possibly security, but more like people hired to "escort" any VIP performers to wherever they're going. But, yeah, I have no idea what it's usually like for him, but I was a bit bewildered on his behalf by the size of the crowd because usually when you read about/see photos of fan encounters, that person is the only one approaching him, and he's not surrounded by hoards of people. Also he said the paparazzi aren't interested, and he seems to be able to walk down the street in NYC or Waikiki only occasionally being recognized. But he handled it like a pro. As it was a covered amphitheatre built for outdoor concerts (mostly symphony/classical), the acoustics were really awesome (dude), so I'm not sure whether his voice was miked or not (Julie, do you remember? If not, I'll ask my mom), but it did ring out nice and clear throughout the theatre and resonated off the curved wooden ceiling--it almost didn't matter to me that I couldn't see him close up during the play because his voice sounded so loud and clear and just absolutely beautiful, like music to my ears.

Michael Emerson wore a microphone during his performance... I could easily see it.
