Roleplaying..................

Megan made her way into the jungle; glancing back every so often for any unwanted followers. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a crumpled piece of paper. She opened it up and squinted at the ink. She rotated it and chuckled to herself. Richard really needed to write more clearly.

“He’s just lucky I can read it” she said to herself. She looked around at the trees then back at the paper. She turned around until she could see the sun peering through the trees. She held a hand up to block the sun as she glanced back at the paper which showed to go on the “path” opposite the sun’s rays. She turned her head and glanced over her shoulder. She could barely make out the mark and smirked, turning and continuing into the jungle.

Richard watched as the others walked away, gathering their stuff. He rolled onto his good side and slowly whipped the blood off his chin, wincing. He slowly got up, holding his hand on his wound. He glanced over at his gun before Ryan kicked it aside.

“Get you a$$ out of here Alpert” he sneered his last name. “I should kill you for the stunt you pulled…..killing one of my men…..but I’ll let Ben deal with you.” Richard went to his rifle but someone stepped in front of him. “No…you’re going back weaponless.” Ryan said with a smirk.

Richard eyed the necklace on the barrel of the gun. “Can I at least grab my bag?” he asked.

Ryan followed his gaze then walked over and ripped the necklace from its chord. He looked it over in his hand. He looked over at Richard. “What’s this? A lover’s token?” He walked over to him.

“Something you would know nothing about” Richard smiled. Ryan took the side of the necklace and hit him across the cheek with it. It sliced into his skin, drawing blood. As it trickled down his cheek Ryan threw it into the air and drawing his gun, shot it to pieces.

“Mark my words Hostile” he spit. “I will murder your bitch wife.” Richard’s eyes widened. “Oh you think I didn’t know you wed secretly?” Pryce smiled evilly. “Word travels fast in the jungle” he said. “Get out of here before I kill you.”

Megan looked down at the map and squinted. She was going the wrong way. She turned around, raising her hand above her brow to block the sun. She started to get aggravated and screamed in frustration.

Go back

She whirled around “Who said that?”

Go back to camp….he’s waiting.

“Hello?!” she shouted.

Go back…he needs your help.

Her heart started to race inside her chest. She could feel it beating upon her breast. Thump thump. Thump thump. Thump thump.

“Richard?” she dropped her bag and ran off into the jungle.

Richard made it back to camp, hand on his side and his cheek. No one really turned in his direction. He rolled his eyes and pulled the flap aside to his tent. He brought his hand down from his face and turned back to the rest of the camp. He looked for Megan but couldn’t find her anywhere. He turned to go after her when he saw her emerge from the jungle, running. Thinking something was wrong, he ran to meet her halfway. When she came within eye sight she gasped, bringing her hand to her mouth.

“Richard!” her fingers touched his would on his face then his side and throat. “What in God’s name has happened to you?”

“It’s just a scratch.” he said and took her hands in his “I’m just glad you’re alright.”

“Of course I’m alright….Richard, you’re scaring me”

He shook his head and looked into her eyes “I’m sorry….”

“Come on…let’s get you fixed up.” She smiled and led him to his tent.

Richard winced as Megan finished up the sew job. She cut the thread with her mouth and looked up at him. “Careful or you’ll tear your cheek ones,” she smiled.

Richard chuckled “They’ll just be healed by tomorrow” he smiled and ran a hand through her hair. She looked up at him and smiled.

Afterwards, Megan lay curled up against Richard’s body, his arms around her. She kissed his chin. “We may not be able to have sex……but fooling around is just as fun” she whispered into his ear than nibbled his ear.

"this can't be happening" said charlotte as she rushed over to the van, "sophie?!?" she looked @ her, sophie was still weak but walked over to charlotte and hugged her. sophie saw jana standing there as sophie was still hugging charlotte, she smiled softly to jana and gave her a hand signal to come over, jana walked over and joined the hug. It was an emotional greeting.
"but?" said charlotte, "shhhhh, im back now" said sophie.............
sayid looked over to jack, he realised ben was there ben wasn't in the van. he grabbed jack over to him. "where is he?" he questioned him. "ask sophie she let him go" and he pulled away and walked over to sophie. "c'mon you need to rest" as he helped her towards her tent.
days had past, nothing had happened no others came, ben did what sophie had asked. but sayid and jack had already started to make a plan on how to attack the others with out sophie knowing.
"i don't think they are too far from the barricks" "and whats make you say that?" asked jack. "because it didn't take them too long to come here the other day" snapped sayid as he looked @ his map. "theres only one person who those where they are" as sayid looked over to sophies tent. "no, no way" said jack. "if we want this to be over! then we gonna need her too Jack!" "no shes been thro too much already, its a risk to take her!" but sophie had over heard the convo as she stood behind them. "i'm coming with you" she said. jack turned round "no sophie your not strong enough to go" "you need to get there don't you" she asked. "and i can help!" jack just stared @ her as sayid tossed a gun to sophie "you know how to use this?" sayid asked. sophie nodded and reloaded the gun. "yes" "sophie just tell us where to go" "jack i got things to sort out myself, if anyone is gonna kill ben, its me!" as she went to her tent to pack a rucksack. jack turned to sayid and looked @ him angrly as he stormed off to his tent. "whats going on?" asked jana. as she walked over to sayid. "your going off again aren't you?" she asked him worriedly. "yes" as he brushed a piece of hair out of her face. "everything will be fine trust me" as he smiled to her. jack came back over with sawyer and kate. sophie walked over too. "ok guys we ready?" he asked as he picked up his rucksack. evryone nodded as they walked off. "wait" shouted charlotte as she saw sophie going off with them. "sophie you can't go!" "i have too" she said.

ben was writing his diary in his tent, he was writing about what had happend the last few days, about sophie getting shot, how much he hates himself and how much he missed her. "ben you there?" said ryan on the walkie. "come in ben? can you hear me?" "ryan?!? how is she?" he asked worriedly. "shes fine, but they coming. they coming to you now!" "what? they can't find us" "sophies bringing them!" ben looked puzzled. does sophie really hate ben? ben quickly panicked then started to bark orders again "ryan i want you to take two of them." "which two?" he replied. "jana and charlotte, now go!" ben pulled out his maps and started to draw to red lines on his map and then made circle spot. "richard?" he called out as he grabbed his rucksack and map, and walked out of the tent. "yes ben?" as richard came out of megans tent. "i want you too lead our people to the temple" "now?" asked richard. "YES now" "and what are you doing?" "jacob wants sophie, and nows the time to get her!" "you can't go out there on your own!" snapped richard. "i'll go with you!" as alex walked over. "then lets go" as richard watched them walk off into the jungle.

jack and sophie were infront of the sayid kate and sawyer leading them to the others camp, "you ok?" he asked worried. "im fine" she said with a smile. they walking in a huge meadow when they spotted ben waiting for them. "hello jack"

Richard let out a sigh of aggravation as he turned from Ben and made his way to his tent with two cups of coffee. His eyes noticed two women, looking at him, muttering to each other. He raised a brow as he ducked into his tent and set the cups upon his table. He then sat on his bed, next to Megan’s sleeping figure. He leaned over and kissed her bare shoulder.

“Sweetie,” he whispered and kissed her cheek. “Time to get up.” He rubbed his nose on her cheek. She started to chuckle and opened her eyes, looking up at him.

“What’s the hurry?” she asked, yawning, as she sat up, holding the covers to her nude figure. Richard reached over and picked up her cup, handing it to her. She smiled and nodded thanks as she tucked her hair behind her ears and took a sip.

“Ben told me to take the camp to the Temple.” He said as he grabbed his own cup and took a sip.

“Why? What’s wrong?” she asked, setting her cup aside, grabbing her skirt.

“Things have gotten out of hand,” he said as he watched her put it on. “He entrusted me with the lives of the camp…and now I have to lead us to safety.”

“Since when did you start listening to Ben’s orders?” she asked as she grabbed the rest of her clothes and started to place them on.

“When Jacob told me to” he sighed and stood, running a hand through his hair.

“What do you meant, Jacob TOLD you to.” She asked, pushing the covers aside and walking over to him.

“He told me to take everyone to the Temple…but told me to do it when Ben told me to.”

“I don’t get it.”

Richard shrugged “Perhaps Ben has finally found redemption.”

"Or his mind."

ben was standing there with alex, looking over @ the group, he put out his arms to show them he was unarmed. jack stormed over to him, as kate walked off to check if ben was alone. ben noticed sophie, he smiled as he was glad to see she was ok. "hello soph......." but jack interupted him and turn round to sophie. "DON'T TALK TO HIM" as he pointed @ her. kate came running back. "are they alone?" asked jack. "only saw two trails his and hers" as she pointed over to ben and alex. "what do you want ben?" he asked. "just to talk jack, you could at least spare 5 minutes." jack looked back @ the group then looked back @ ben. "alright 5 mins" ben nodded as they walked off away from the group.
sawyer sat on the ground, kate stood there worried for jack. sophie was shaking too, she hadn't really of thought this thro, b4 she left. she was shaking after seeing ben again. after what he had done to her. sayid walked over to alex. "you should come back with us!" he said, alex looked @ him funny. "and why would i do that?" "because you don't belong with them, you belong with your mother." alex looked surprised. she didn't know what to think.
"take a seat" as ben gestured jack to sit on a log. "what do you want ben?" "i want you to give me sophie, turn around back to your camp, and i will go back to mine and we won't bother each other any more." jack started laughing. "do you think im stupid?" "no jack...........but you are going to give me sophie" he smirked. "and why is that?" ben pulled out his walkie "because a little while ago, one of my ppl took jana and charlotte and if you don't bring me sophie in the next minute then they will die" jack got up "your lying?" asked jack. ben switched his walkie on "ryan......." jack heard the two girls scream in the background. ben looked @ his watch. "10 seconds jack.........im not bluffing" "5 .......4........3.......2......" he counted down. "STOP!" screamed sophie, as she walked over. "ryan stop" ordered ben. jack looked over to sophie he could see her eyes welling up with tears. "im not gonna risk my friends lives" she said looking over to jack then too ben. "you got you want you won!" she snapped as she walked over to him. "sophie don't" jack said. "ALEX?!?" ben called over for her to come. "she's not coming ben........she belongs with her mother" sophie looked over to him. you could tell on bens face that he was pissed off with that, but he knew deep down he was loosing alex slowly. he grabbed sophies hands and tied them up. sophie looked over to jack. "i'll be ok" she tried to reassure him. by now the rest of the group had joined over sayid pulled out his rifle and started to point @ ben. "SAYID DON'T" yelled jack. as they watched sophie and ben walk off.
ben pulled out his walkie "kill them" he ordered.

(I'm sorry it's so short.....I'm having major writer's block given the fact I have to write about a place we know NOTHING about...)


Richard fastened his bag up and placed it over his shoulder, reaching for the backpack with his tent inside it. He placed it on his back and headed over to Megan who was fastening her own bags.

“All ready to go?” he asked, looking down at her. She looked up and placed a hand up to block the sun from her eyes.

“Almost,” She said then looked back down at the worn out, leather bound book in her hand and tucked it into one of the blankets in her bag.

Richard noticed but went on his way, checking in with the others. “We have a long way to go. Take what you can carry. We have to get there within a certain amount of time.”

“Why?” someone asked.

“Just do it.”

Megan turned and watched him. He had changed. into what she didn't know. She winced and turned back to her packing, running a hand along her stomach. She looked up at a few women, staring at her.

"Go on!!! Be about your ways" Megan said growling.

"NO" screamed sophie as she tried to push away from ben, but ben pulled her back towards him, "I'm sorry......." "YOUR SORRY!" screamed sophie. "God dammit ben you got what you wanted, you didn't have to kill my friends" she snapped. ben could see how angry sophie was, her face was red with anger, she was shaking. "Lets keep walking" as he pulled her along......

A while later they stopped to rest sophie barely spoke to him, she was too angry and upset. She was sitting on the ground looking down at the earth. Ben crouched down infront of her, "Now sophie i'm gonna untie you and i'm trusting you too not do anything stupid." Sophie looked up at him and nodded. "You know i'm finding this new sophie very attractive" ben said trying to get a reaction out of her. Sophie just glared back at him while he untied her hands. Ben then got up and walked away from sophie, which made her get up and follow him. She found him sitting on a log near a pool of water with a little stream running from it. It was beautiful thing to look at, sophie went over to ben "what are we doing?!?" she asked. Ben just ignored the question "you know this is my favourtie place on the whole island. I come here when i want to be on my own, get away from things, have time to think. No one knows i come out here" he looked over to sophie and smiled. "until now" "and why you telling me this?" she asked "because i love you sophie, but you don't obviously don't feel the same way so......" Sophie stood there looking at him, she didn't really know what to say. "Why did you runaway?" asked ben, sophie looked at him coldy "because you killed john!" ben looked at sophie "what are you talking about?" he asked. "Ben i saw it, i saw everything! I was there, i saw you shoot him and leave him there to DIE!" she snapped. "You did it because he heard jacob, whoever this stupid jacob is!" ben got up and snapped back "the same jacob that saved your life sophie!" "yeah well he wouldn't off if you hadn't off shot me" ben could see tears welling up in sophie's eyes. "and then you killed my friends" ben walked towards her. "Don't come near me I HATE YOU" but he ignored her and came close to her. "GET AWAY" as she went to hit him but he grabbed her arm, so she tried with her other arm, but he grabbed that too. "LET GO!" "sophie you still love me your just angry with me" he replied. but she was still insisting to hit him, wiggling her way off him. she burst into tears, "why?" she asked. ben let go off her as she fell on her knees on the floor and cried. ben hated himself at this moment in time. he keeps picturing her falling on the ground the day he shot her, he nearly lost her and now he felt awful because he hurt again. he sat down next to her. "why?......why kill them ben, they done nothing to you" she asked "because i didn't want you to run back to them, i'm sorry." sophie kept crying as ben wrapped his arm round her she cried into his chest.

"But you promised me no more games ben!" she said as she looked up to him. "Sophie you keep running away from me, i just want you to stay with me" ben sighed. "Doing things like that ben i'm gonna want to go..........all i want is you ben, the real ben....." but ben interupted "and you had the real me, but you were still gonna go sophie, i found this" as he pulled out the letter sophie had wrote to him. "You weren't meant to see that" she said. "Well you didn't hide it very well" he chuckled, "can't we just start over, i mean a fresh start?" he asked. "No ben........... right now i'm hating you. You hurt me the last few days." Ben looked down at the ground then back at sophie "Ok...........(he looked up at the sky) we best stay here for the night" as he started to collect bits of wood to make a fire.

Sophie was sitting at the fire watching the flames flicker, "You hungry?" asked ben as he sat down next to her offering some fruit. "No thank you" she said. "Ben what do you want from me? I mean why did you come back for me when i asked you to go back and stay with your people?" "Why were you coming for me?" he questioned her back. "You were the one coming for me sophie, i was at camp when i heard you were on the way." "I wasn't coming for you ben, i was leading them so that they can attack your people. So that i could hurt you back like you did to me!" "SOPHIE IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!" he snapped which made sophie jump. "I'm sorry, i....i should of turned round and looked. I hate myself for what i've done too you." Sophie could see he was upset. She felt sorry for him. He looked back up at her. "We're going to see jacob, he saved you for a important reason, and we gonna find out what" he held sophie hand, "will do this together" he smiled at her.

Sophie was laying on the ground, after the past few days it had exhausted her out. Ben laid down next to her, but sophie rolled to her side having her back at him, ben was saddenend "she really does hate me" he thought in his mind. ben just wanted to hold her, kiss her, tell her he loved her, but sophie wasn't having any of it. "Goodnight then" he said, but sophie didn't respond. ben sat up and looked over her shoulder, she was fast asleep. He smiled to himself, she always looked so peaceful asleep. ben laid back down and slowly closed his eyes and nodded off to sleep too. A while later he got woken up when sophie had rolled over to him and rested her head on his shoulder, he lifted his arm and put it around her as she snuggled into his chest. Ben smiled again, even tho she hated him at the moment, deep down she still loved him.

Sophie opened her eyes and realised she was resting her head on bens chest, she quickly jumped up and looked across at him "good" she thought to herself as she watched him still sleeping and hadn't stirred. Sophie tried to get up as slow and as quiet as she could, she didn't want to wake him, "See you still love me sophie" he said with his eyes closed, sophie looked over at him as he opened his eyes "you wouldn't be cuddling up to me if you didn't." He looked over at her and then suddenly got up he grabbed his messenger bag, "c'mon it's time we saw Jacob." Sophie didn't say anything to ben as she followed behind him.

They were walking through the jungle when sophie started to hear a voice, she couldn't work out what it was saying to her. She stood still and looked over at ben. "Wait" said sophie, "what is it?" he asked her as he turned to look at her. "Don't you here that?" she asked, ben looked at her surprised "you can hear him can't you?" as a big beaming smile grew on his face, "hear who?" "Jacob.....................he's talking to you. What is he saying?" "i dunno its just a blur ben". Ben was still grinning away sophie could sense he knew something she didn't. "Lets go" he said as he turned back around and headed towards jacobs shack.
"So you gonna shoot me then now that i can hear jacob?" sophie said sarcastically she was obviously referring to john. "No wait you already did that" she snapped. Ben turned round and just glared at her. "But john isn't dead is he sophie?" he questioned her back, "you saved him!" sophie kept quiet because whatever she said he would always find some way to win the conversation.
Ben and sophie had reached the shack "what is this place?" she asked. "Jacob is inside, are you ready to see?" he asked, sophie nodded and followed him to the door. He got a lantern and lit it up and knocked on the door, "Jacob its ben, I have sophie with me"

Ben walked in as sophie followed him through. It was all dark and dusty, full of cobwebs like no one had been there for years. As she walked in she noticed a painting of a dog, she looked over to ben, who was standing next to a empty chair. "Sophie this is jacob" as ben guided his hand towards the chair. Sophie stood there looking puzzled as there was nothing there. "Ben is this some kind of joke?!?" she asked, ben looked at her dissapointed, then looked back at the chair "I knew she wouldn't see you...........................................What do you mean you want to talk to her alone?" he snapped at the chair. He then looked back at sophie and walked by her "I'll be outside" as he left her in there.
Sophie stood in there not knowing what to do as ben shut the door behind him. "Has he lost his mind?!?" she asked herself in thoughts. "Close your eyes" as voice said. "Who's there?" she screamed "Close your eyes" the voice demanded, sophie had been hearing this same voice since the day she came back to life. She closed her eyes but was terrified what was gonna happen. "Open them" the voice asked, she opened them slowly as she saw jacob standing infront of her. She screamed as ben heard the screams outside he tried to get in but jacob had locked the door inside. "HEY.........JACOB WHAT YOU DOING TOO HER?" he yelled banging on the door to try and get in.
"The children must be born sophie!" "Children?" she asked confused, "the one your carrying, the one megan is carrying!" Suddenly ben burst in, sophie looked at ben then back to jacob but he was gone. "JACOB" screamed ben, then looked over to sophie. "Are you ok?" he asked worried. "Lets get out of here" as she walked out the shack.
