Ben was sleeping in Sophies tent when sophie woke up. She smiled and kissed his forehead as she got up from the bed. She slipped out the tent leaving him to rest too. She stood at the shore letting the waves splash her feet. She looked out the ocean. Holding her bump.
"Hi" said Jana as she went over to her.
"Hey..." sophie smiled back. "I'm sorry for what Ben done. I was so angry with him. Well i still not fully forgiven him" she apolgised to jana. "How you doing? you look great!" she said
"I'm getting there.... But you should know how it feels. After all he shot you too!" she said reminding sophie.
"He's different now........"
"I'd like to believe that" Jana chuckled, leaving sophie alone

It was the next morning and Charlotte woke up as she heard Jack and Sayid´s voices.
"We can´t trust him.He needs to go!"said Sayid.
"Sayid please give it a rest!"replied Jack
"Jack you know what he´s capable of..."began Sayid
"I know.But he is at our camp.Our area.We´ll handle this.I really need to take care of some stuff now"said Jack
"The whole island is his area!"replied Sayid
"Just give it a rest now as I told you"mumbled Jack and walked away.
"Yeah exactly.as YOU told me, boss".heard Charlotte Sayid saying under his breath.
Charlotte grinned to herself and got up.It wasn´t the first time that those two were having a go at each other.Mainly because Sayid was a bit paranoid and Jack was never listening and playing the big boss.
She dressed up quickly and left her tent to make some breakfast.
"Oh hello Ben"said Charlotte uncomfortable as she found him chopping fruit.
"Hello Charlotte"replied Ben looking up.
"I´m making breakfast for Sophie.She´s still asleep"smiled Ben.
"Have a nice day"he then said and walked over to Sophie´s old tent.
Charlotte raised her eyebrows not sure what to think and started to make breakfast for herself.

"sophie?" said ben brushing one of her cheeks. sophie stirred seeing ben with a bowl of fruit.
"oh ben, its lovley thank you" she sat up kissing him. Ben passed the bowl and watched eat.
"Don't you want any?" she asked.
"No i had some earlier. I suppose we should talk to jack or juliet? i mean to check on babys health"
"mmm" sophie nodded yes as she was eating her fruit.

The news that Ben was in "town" and couldn´t be trusted spread pretty fast and soon everybody knew that Sophie was expecting his child.
Sayid who gave up on Jack tried to convince every other camp habitant that Ben had to leave.
"He´s being a bit too obsessive don´t you think"laughed Kate.
"He´s just worried"replied Jana.
"I didn´t say that he isn´t cool"winked Kate and walked over to Sawyer´s tent.Nobody really knew what was going on between them and what was up with Jack and Kate.It seemed to be over between those two as Juliet was there now but you could still feel the tension between them.
"Hi"said Sophie and Charlotte turned around surprised.
"Hey"replied Jana.
"Ben´s just talking to Juliet...you know because of the baby"said Sophie and looked over at them.
"Sophie why exactly are you here now?"asked Charlotte

"We're here for the baby, if i'm having this child i'm gonna need Jack and Juliet. I can't do it alone." she sighed leaning back against the table.
Ben came over with Juliet. "Sophie can we go somewhere more quieter" said Ben looking around at the others.
"Sure" said sophie "cya in bit guys" said sophie heading to there tent with Juliet.
"I dunno, something don't seem right" said Jana standing there as they watched them go off

"I hope everything´s alright with the baby"said Charlotte worried.
"Yeah.Well we´ll know in a bit, won´t we?"replied Jana as she watched Ben and Sophie enter the tent.

"I think what we can do Ben is have another go with the scan machine. I think this time will get to see it" said Juliet smiling to Sophie. Just then Jack came in the tent too.
"Ok, then we better go tomorrow. Jack you may join us too" said Ben. Jack stood looking wondering what Ben was on about.
"The medical station" said juliet.
Jack nodded and then asked if Sophie was ok. Asking all sorts of questions too. He seemed to think that mum and baby were healthy. "Everything seems fine, will just check on the scan tomorrow" as he headed of and left and Juliet followed.

"You know maybe we could have a little party for Sophie tonight.A welcome party?I know that she probably won´t stay but it would be nice don´t you think?" suggested Charlotte.
"And for Ben as well?"replied Jana miserably.
"I didn´t say that.What´s up with you anyways?"asked Charlotte.
"Nothing...you know Sayid is right.I just don´t get why some people seem to forget what the man has done to us."said Jana and stared over at Sayid.
"You´re right.But let´s just forget about it now, okay?"said Charlotte."I´ll tell Sun about the party so we can prepare some stuff" she explained and left her alone.
"Yeah whatever"mumbled Jana.
"The baby seems to be alright you know"said Sophie and Jana turned around quickly.
"Sorry I didn´t mean to scare you"laughed Sophie.
"It´s okay...Charlotte´s planning a party for you by the way"told Jana as she took a plate and some fruit because she felt hungry."You want some"she asked Sophie.
"Yeah sure"Sophie replied and took the plate Jana gave her.
"I know how you feel about Ben being here"said Sophie as they both sat down on the warm sand.
Jana didn´t say anything but stared at the ocean.
"Can you believe me that he changed?He really did.I know you´re sceptical.I felt the same way in the beginning but I can trust Ben now."continued Sophie.
"I just want you to be careful.Ben has surprised us too many times in the past.He´s a good actor"said Jana quietly and looked up at Sophie.
"I will be.But believe me there´s no reason to be worried.Everything´s alright!"

"You ready?" said jack grabbing his pack and putting it on.
"Yes" said Sophie as Ben got his satchel and came out the tent. Juliet wandered over with her things too.
"Then lets get going." Jack spotted sayid up infront, "You go ahed i'll catch you up" said Jack as he ran over to sayid.
"Take this!" sayid said giving him a gun. Sophie saw a glimpse of the gun as they walked by,
"Hey where are you going?" asked charlotte running over.
"We're going to the medical station do you wanna come?" said sophie. Ben glanced at Sophie not really pleased he was asking charlotte to join too.
"Ummm i dunno" said charlotte.
"C'mon please, you'd probally want to the see the scan. Will come back here tomorrow" Charlotte looked over at Jana as she watched.
"Ok" she said with a beaming smile. Jack came back over as he looked at Charlotte.
"Shes coming too" said sophie as they all headed out to the jungle.

Charlotte waved at Jana as they left the camp to go to the medical station.
Jana waved back at her looking rather miserable.
"I talked to her...you know about Ben"whispered Sophie walking slowly so the others wouldn´t overhear her."She´ll be okay."
"Yeah you´re right.It´s probably just because she´s hanging out with Sayid a lot"smiled Charlotte.
"Sopphhiiee"called Ben and made the whole group stop dead."Hurry up"he smiled then as everybody looked at him.
Jack rolled his eyes."He´s right.Come on you two"he said as they started walking again.
"How long will it take to get to the station?"asked Charlotte
"About 3 hours maybe"answered Juliet.
"Ah okay"replied Charlotte and looked at Sophie who was walking hand in hand with Ben now.

They had reached the medical station. Charlotte seemed a little frightened at first at how creepy and old it looked.
"Its okay, ive been here lots its safe" sophie said reassuring her. Jack and Juliet went to get the machines up and running. As sophie ben and charlotte followed behind. Sophie sat on the bed and rolled her top up. As Juliet squirted some gelatin from a tube onto sophies stomach. Charlotte and Ben watched and Jack slipped the gun he was carrying to one side. Sophie noticed but didn't say anything.
"Will we see anything?" said sophie eagerly.
"Hopefully, the machines are quite old so it could be a little iffy." She looked over to Jack as he switched the machine on.
"There it is. There's your baby." she said smiling. "Can you see?"
"I can see it" Sophie said excitedly, Ben motioned forward and looked at the screen with a beaming smile. Charlotte watched at the happy parents to be. "Is it a boy or a girl?" sophie asked.
"Oh, it's...it's a little early...but um..." pointing to the monitor. "Do you see that little flutter? That's the heart beating." Ben and Sophie both laugh for joy. Even Jack looked happy, perhaps just for Sophie. "It's very strong. It's very healthy."
Jack turned the machine off as Juliet cleaned Sophie stomach up. Jack was diggin in his backpack. "I'm sure with us around, you will be fine" Jack said as he turned around noticing Sophie holding a gun at him. He quickly went to grab the one he put down.
"I wouldn't do that Jack!" she snapped. He turned to look noticing the gun was missing then feeling a blow to his head he collasped on the floor. Ben started to tie him up and he also tied Juliet up too. Sophie turned to look at charlotte.
"Sophie whats going on?" she mumbled to her.
"I'm sorry Charlotte." as she whacked her on the head knocking her out too. Ben then tied her.
He stood up and smiled at Sophie. "We make a good team" he smirked. Sophie kissed him on the lips. "But she wasn't part of your plan Sophie" he said looking down at charlotte.
"I wanted her to come too." Sophie said. She pulled out a walkie and passed it to Ben. "Now its your turn"
"Tom, is your team ready?" he asked. Ben staring at Sophie waiting for a reply.
"Yes....."
"Good then come, you know what to do next."
Sophie took the walkie back from ben. "Oh and Tom, I want you to get Charlie Pace too!" Ben looked to Sophie as if to say why?
"Ok" she switched the walkie off, "Why Charlie?, We can't have them all with us Sophie."
"Its for her. Trust me, I know what im doing and so does Jacob!" she reminded Ben.

Charlotte woke up.She didn´t open her eyes at once as her head was hurting like hell.She could hear loud voices but couldn´t tell to whom they belonged or what they were saying.Everything just seemed to be a horrible noise to Charlotte that made her head hurt even more.
"What the heck happened?"she thought and opened her eyes.She started to feel giddy at once but when the feeling started to wear off it got even worse.She panicked as she noticed that she couldn´t see a thing.Someone had blindfolded her.Had it been Sophie?After all it had been her who had knocked her out.But why would she do something like that?
"Get off me"screamed an angry voice suddenly.
"Charlie"she whispered.But what was he doing here?Why did she, Sophie, get him as well?He hadn´t been at the medical station with them.
"Make him shut up"said a cold voice.
"No"screamed Charlotte when she heard the noise that a fist made when it met someon´s body and Charlie was quiet at once.
"Hey she´s awake"called another voice.
"I´ll take care of her"replied a female voice and Charlotte heard someone coming nearer.
"How are you feeling?"asked Sophie.
"Brilliant"replied Charlotte scornfully.
"Listen I´m sorry but I had to"explained Sophie.
"Yeah right.If you wanna make it up you can start by taking off the blindfold."said Charlotte.
"I can´t"answered Sophie simply.
"Why´s Charlie here?"asked Charlotte
Sophie didn´t reply but Charlotte could still feel her presence.
"You´re so sorry.Yeah right!"shouted Charlotte angrily.

Sophie stood up and leant against a wall, "This has nothing to do with Ben. This was all my idea."
"Great so now your just like him." charlotte snapped.
"No!" she stood and smirked to herself and started to chuckle. "They respect me. They find me important now, like a leader......
"Like Ben!" charlotte yelled.
"They think im special becuase i can hear Jacob!"
"Who?"
"That doesn't matter right now. What matter is i can use this to my advantage." she moved closer to charlotte. "and by doing that i brought you here with me"
"I don't understand?"
"The plan was just Jack and Juliet. For the baby and me. We both have to live. When me and ben came back to the beach you were so thrilled to see me back. I knew that when i go i would betray you all. Thats why i asked you to come with us. I want you to stay with us"
there was an awkward silence
"But i hadn't of planned to knock you out and tie you up" Sophie crouch down cutting the ropes free from charlotte and charlie. Charlotte took her blindfold off and looked over to charlie then looked at Sophie. "But jack had to bring a gun" she said with a sarcastic tone. "Forgive me?" sophie asked.
Charlotte glared at Sophie "He's changed you and i don't like it!" she snapped.
"Fine....." sophie got up and headed to the door. "I'll leave you two too calm down!" as she left them alone.
"Ben, leave them" said sophie closing the door. When he was jsut about to go in. "Cute couple, left alone in a room together.........."

"Oh shut up"said Charlotte under her breath as she was so angry with Sophie.She placed her head in her hands and took a deep breath.
"Well I don´t want to keep you from sleeping but what the bloody hell is going on here?"asked Charlie.
"I´m NOT sleeping!"snapped Charlotte then looked up at Charlie.He was badly bruised.One of his eyes was swollen and bloodshot.
"I´m sorry.I didn´t mean to be bitchy.Does it hurt a lot?"sighed Charlotte
"It´s alright.So you don´t know why they or she brought me here?".
"Sorry no idea".She was happy though that she wasn´t alone in this little room.It had no window so it was pretty dark.
Charlie got up and started to walk around."There must be a way to get out of here"he said optimistically and started to search for something that might help them.
"Forget it.It´s not gonna work"said Charlotte annoyed after 5 mins.
"Oh sorry that I didn´t give up yet.But I understand."said Charlie and rolled his eyes.
"What do you understand?"asked Charlotte and got up as well though her whole body was aching.
"I mean it´s not too bad for you is it?Your friend Sophie just wants you to live with her and her stupid team.She´s offering you a new life arent you happy?!"
"How can you ....." but Charlie cut cross her
"But I...I was kidnapped.I don´t know why or what´s gonna happen to me."
"I know and I´m sorry.But I didn´t say I´d like to get kidnap.She just did.I´m sure she´s gonna explain things to you sooner or later."said Charlotte
"So you´re on her side now?Whooo great I´m locked up with a betrayer"scoffed Charlie
"I´m not saying that.I´m not on her side.I´m very angry in case you haven´t noticed.It´s just ....I don´t know....but I know that Sophie would never hurt you or me."
"How can you be so sure about that?!I think you´re just naive"
"I just know"replied Charlotte and sat down again.
"Great"mumbled Charlie as she sat down next to her.
Suddenly Charlotte got up and walked towards the door.
"What you doing?"asked Charlie
"Trying to get some answers"she replied and kicked at the door.
"Sophie I wanna talk to you.I swear I´m gonna listen to you this time"she shouted.
Then she sat down next to Charlie again who was looking at her.
"You sure that she heard you?"
"She heard me"smiled Charlotte.

"i'm sorry for doing all these things to you sophie, i don't blame you, for hating me" he sighed. sophie rested her head on his shoulder and he wrapped his arm around her.
"i don't hate you ben" she whispered. "im just angry at the way you do things"
A week had passed Ben had gone to see Richard telling him that Sophie could hear Jacob as well.
"We knew she was special. But this! Both her and John." said Richard with excitement. "And what did Jacob say to her?"
"She won't say. We're not excatly on talking terms at the moment." said Ben.

Richard noticed Sophie was sitting away from the camp he walked over to her. "You don't mind if i join you" he asked.
"Yeah sure" Sophie scooched up giving him room to sit.
"Hows you and Ben?" he asked. Sophie chuckled at the thought,
"I just wished he changed" she sighed.
"He will. - I think things are changing now" he said
"I'm sorry?"
"We're looking for someone to remind us that we're here for more important reasons. I want for you to find your purpose...and to do that......."
"I already have" Sophie interupted. "I'm meant to have this baby Richard, and i'm sticking by with Ben."
"I think Ben realises that some of us want a change, and i think your right the person. He didn't like it with John. But i know he would never hurt you......."
"I'm not a leader Richard."
"Just think about it" he said tapping her shoulder as he got up heading back to the camp. Sophie watched him walk off, then glanced over as she saw Ben smiling at her from his tent.

"You know she says im like you" said sophie. Ben chuckled massaging Sophies shoulders planting kisses on her neck.
"No one is like me....- She'll come around give her time"
"Sophie I wanna talk to you.I swear I´m gonna listen to you this time"
Sophie and Ben heard Charlotte kicking the door and demanding for Sophie.
"You want me to go?" Ben asked.
"No! Shes asking for me. I'll go!"
Sophie got up heading to where charlotte and charlie were held.
